I recently attended the National Concierge Association conference in Las Vegas. I had the true pleasure to see our featured Guest Speaker Holly Stiel. I left the conference thinking “Now that is the Queen of Customer Service.” Here is a little background on Holly, She was a hotel concierge for 16 years, She single-handedly started the concierge department at San Francisco’s Grand Hyatt and was the first American woman admitted to the exclusive international concierge’s association, Les Clefs d’Or and was a founding member of the association in the United States. Wow is all I can say. She knows her customer service and knows it well. She is a author, speaker and consultant not only on world class concierge services but customer service in different fields.
